About David Nirenberg
David Nirenberg is the Founder and CEO of SKR Partners. His extensive experience in both senior management and executive search roles provides him with the background and business acumen to evaluate exceptional leaders. David brings focus and an innate sense of curiosity to managing the complexity that is inherent in every executive search.
David began his career practising world-class sales and marketing management at Procter & Gamble. Following that, he launched a strategic consulting firm focused on the small- to medium-sized business segment.
David then took on a leadership role for the Canadian business unit of an international automotive consumer products company, serving as Executive Vice President and Canadian General Manager. In this role, he was responsible for all Canadian operations, including sales and marketing, finance, human resources, manufacturing, operations and distribution.
David later became one of two partners at Botrie Associates, a boutique search firm, and helped grow Botrie into one of the top 10 search firms in Canada. In 2001, Botrie Associates was acquired by TMP Worldwide (the parent company of Monster.com). David worked through the merger, taking on new leadership roles in what evolved into a public company known as the Hudson Highland Group, where he served as the North American Vice President responsible for Human Capital Services and Products. In this role, he drove the evolution of the practice and numerous human capital tools and processes to build and grow a coherent human capital solutions portfolio.
In 2004, David founded his own boutique search firm, which evolved into SKR Partners, and has since been delivering executive search services to a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
