For every executive search assignment, SKR Partners designs an appropriate strategic plan.
We listen carefully. We build upon our client’s description of the position to create specific objectives the new candidate will be expected to meet. We then measure candidates by their ability to meet those measurable business goals and bring additional value to the leadership team.
We follow up with all hired candidates at regular intervals throughout the first year. Where necessary, we coach both the client and the candidate on how to step up the candidate's performance to meet all the objectives that have been set.
